Drawing on my background as both a producer and an actor, I have developed a strong reputation for creating memorable interview and discussion experiences for live and broadcast audiences. Whether working on-camera or onstage, I have found there are a few hallmarks of an effective interview: I try to be sensitive to the distinct personalities of my accomplished interviewees and panelists...bring out their unique insights with humor and (I hope) intelligence...occupy only as much space in the interview as will help the subject shine...and always enhance the audience's experience of being present in an irreproducible live moment.
In addition to the interviewees and clients below, I am a regular moderator for San Francisco's The Cinema Club, and have a special affinity for conversations on arts, literature and film.
