I am drawn to compelling stories. I love excavating, shaping and telling them in whatever medium makes them shine. I have made feature-length programs and series for public television, exhibitions for museums, radio reportage, and hybrid media-based experiences for online audiences. More recently I have found myself returning to the unmediated experience of live performance. In each case, I find that my work tends to start with a non-fiction or hybrid documentary idea: an historical or cultural experience that simply has to be shared.
